In fact, Paragon has closed 1,179 investment property transactions and secured over $2 billion in sales, making it Puget Sound’s leader in multi-family commercial real estate.
The Formation
Paragon was founded by a group of highly successful commercial real estate agents who previously worked together at a local office of a national real estate firm. It was through their experiences in this previous work environment that the impetitus for Paragon was realized. There they forged productive working relationships and created a unique team approach focused on efficiently serving clients in achieving their real estate goals.

The unique blend of client focus, real estate expertise and professional collaboration created Paragon’s immediate success.
Our Success
Since 1995, Paragon has attracted top commercial brokers to the firm. These individuals share the principals’ emphasis on client service and professional integrity, focusing primarily on multi-family properties. Our success is proven by our results. Paragon has sold more multi-family properties (between 5 and 100 units) than any other firm. Collectively, Paragon offers an impressive 220+ years of brokerage experience, averaging more than 10 years per agent.
