Now he specializes in the sale of investment properties and works hard to help his clients achieve their goals. Conor has sold mid and large sized investment properties ranging in value from $500,000 to $8,000,000. Conor is a native Puget Sound resident and attended Western Washington University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration.

He’s been an active volunteer with Stream Team and Nisqually Stream Stewards helping to rebuild our Puget Sound salmon runs. Eric’s high closing ratio is the result of his market knowledge, experience and ability to foresee and overcome obstacles during marketing and escrow. His successful 25 years in real estate began early, as a career-driven college student. While in college, Eric earned his real estate license and set to work for the largest privately owned broker of condominiums in Seattle. Just four years later and freshly graduated, Eric managed over 300 units and ten employees, converting over 180 apartment units to condominiums.
A native to Washington, Eric resides in Bellevue with his wife of 22 years, two children and their dog. His hobbies and family activities are numerous, including his son and daughter’s soccer, baseball, basketball and tennis, skiing, boating and trail riding. When time permits, he can be found renovating properties and pursuing his other interests.

A Seattle native, Ed is the CEO and a founder of Paragon Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Hewson also functions as: President of Treen Corporation, an enterprise consisting of real estate, private company investments and Coast Communications, a cable TV and broadband internet company; and an owner/operator of the HB Capital Companies which manage, among other things, Roosevelt Development Group and several other large-scale active apartment/retail development projects in urban Seattle locations.
In addition, Ed is a former Director of Executive Hotels and Resorts (a publicly traded hotel management company) and is an active owner/operator of hotels, apartment buildings, and retail centers. In 2004, Ed was selected as an honoree for the Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual “40 Under 40 Awards Program” in recognition of his outstanding performance in the business community.
Ed is an alumnus of Seattle’s Lakeside School. He earned degrees in Economics and American History from Connecticut College in 1989 and graduated Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program in 2004.
Ed continues to give back to the community by coaching several youth soccer teams and is a former Director of the Childhaven centers for abused and neglected children. Ed is a lifetime citizen of West Seattle, where he resides with his wife of 17 years and their three children.
