With more than 22 years of extensive experience as a commercial real estate broker, Saint Newton ranks as one of Paragon’s top producers. Among his many favorite aspects as a real estate broker, Saint particularly enjoys partnering with his clients to smoothly and efficiently achieve their goals.

When Saint is away from work (and not busy managing his personal apartment properties), he enjoys playing seasonal sports with his family, including water sports during the summer and snow skiing in the winter. Prior to joining Paragon Real Estate Advisors Inc., Conor worked in the construction field renovating residential and commercial investment properties. He gained valuable field experience during those eight years and as a result knows the value “sweat equity” can add to an aging property.

Now he specializes in the sale of investment properties and works hard to help his clients achieve their goals. Conor has sold mid and large sized investment properties ranging in value from $500,000 to $8,000,000. While at Paragon, he has sold one apartment building per month, totaling over 600 apartment unit sales.

Conor is a native Puget Sound resident and attended Western Washington University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration.

His enthusiasm and energy is reflected in his passion for steelhead fishing. He’s been an active volunteer with Stream Team and Nisqually Stream Stewards helping to rebuild our Puget Sound salmon runs. During his time away from the office, Conor enjoys working on his home, his rental in West Seattle and spending time with his family and friends.

A native to Washington, Eric resides in Bellevue with his wife of 19 years, two children and their dog. A Seattle native, Ed is a principal and co-founder of Paragon Real Estate Advisors. He also serves as President of Treen Corporation, an enterprise consisting of real estate, private company investments and Coast Communications, a cable TV company.

In addition, Ed recently served as a Director of Executive Hotels and Resorts (a publicly traded hotel management company) and he continues as an owner/manager of the Executive Hotel Pacific in downtown Seattle. In 2004, Ed was selected as an honoree for the Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual “40 Under 40 Awards Program” in recognition of his outstanding performance in the business community.

Ed is an alumnus of Seattle’s Lakeside School. He earned degrees in Economics and American History from Connecticut College in 1989 and graduated Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program in 2004.

Ed continues to give back to the community by coaching youth soccer and by volunteering as a Director of the Childhaven centers for abused and neglected children. Ed is a lifetime citizen of West Seattle, where he resides with his wife of 15 years, their three children and a Labrador Retriever.
