Rowan moved to Seattle early in life and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the city. He later graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Wine and Viticulture, concentrating in Wine Business.

His passion for real estate was shaped by his father, who has spent more than 30 years in the multifamily property management industry. Growing up around the business gave Rowan a deep appreciation for the multifamily market and the people who drive it.

When he’s not assisting clients, Rowan enjoys spending time in his family’s hometown of Ketchum, Idaho - skiing, fly fishing, and mountain biking on the trails and rivers he grew up exploring.
